“To know yourself, you must sacrifice the illusion that you already do”

Vironika Tugaleva

Are you a counsellor or therapist looking to expand your knowledge and skills in personal growth work? This two-day course may be just what you’re looking for.

As a counsellor or therapist you have a unique opportunity to help your clients or patients navigate their inner worlds, and work towards personal growth and transformation. However, it’s important to remember that you can only help your clients or patients to the extent that you have done your own inner work.

When you have done your own inner work, you are better equipped to hold space for your clients, to be present with them in their struggles, and to offer them the support and guidance that they need. You are more aware of your own biases and limitations and you are less likely to project your own issues onto your clients.

By doing your own inner work, you can also model healthy behaviours and coping strategies for your clients. You can show them that it’s possible to work through difficult emotions and experiences in a healthy way, and you can offer them tools and techniques that you have found helpful in navigating your own journey.

At the same time, it’s important to remember that doing your own inner work is an ongoing process. It’s not something that you can check off your to-do- list and be done with. It requires a commitment to self-reflection, self-awareness, and personal growth.

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding personality types and can be used to help individuals identify their strengths and weaknesses, as well as their motivations and fears. The Enneagram is widely used in the field of psychology, counselling and personal development, and has gained popularity in recent years as a tool for improving relationships and communication.

“In order to grow, we need to know ourselves”

Adiela Akoo

“The Enneagram, a Personal Growth Course for Counsellor and Therapists,” is designed to explore your own inner world, and to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. By doing so, you’ll be better equipped to help your clients or patients, and you’ll be able to offer them the support and guidance that they need in order to work towards their own personal growth and transformation.

Basic course outline

  • Deep dive into each of the 9 different Types with regards to: basic proposition, motivation, focus of attention, emotional habit, strengths and relationship challenges.
  • Share experiences and learn from each other.
