H-Con 2027 – Rooted in Connection, will be our second Humanitas Conference for Mental Health Professionals, across diverse fields and formal occupations.
H-Con 2026 – Rooted in Gratitude, turned out to be such a memorable event. It completely surpassed all expectations! It is therefore with a very grateful heart that we start our planning for H-Con 2027.
Why We Move to Connection
For our second conference, we continue our journey with the theme Rooted in Connection.
Connection is more than proximity, it is the thread that holds us together, the space between two people where healing begins and humanity is remembered.
- For counsellors and mental health professionals, connection is the very foundation of our work. It is what makes the difference between a session and a turning point, between being heard and being truly seen. It sustains us in community with one another, and reminds us that we were never meant to do this work alone.
- For our clients, connection opens the door to belonging, to trust, and to the courage it takes to reach out and begin again.
By rooting ourselves in connection, we step into 2027 with open hands and open hearts, ready to grow, together.
