My approach is person-centred, which means our sessions are guided by you, your experiences, your pace, and what feels important to you. I aim to meet each person where they are, offering a safe and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and feel heard.

I believe that everyone deserves support, understanding, and the opportunity to make sense of what they’re going through. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
