My name is Vebie Bosaletsi. I am a retired teacher who worked with children my whole life, have an Honours degree in psychology and would love to work with individuals across the lifespan. I would like to work with clients who struggle to feel connected in their relationships or are not at peace in their daily lives. My approach focusses on helping clients understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviours are interconnected. I will help them to understand their physical response to internal stressors, beginning in problem solve ways to introduce moments of calm. My style is interactive and non-judgemental, and I want to increase my client’s self-confidence and compassion.
