Tirelo Rakuba

Hi! My name is Tirelo Mphoentle Rakuba, a Specialist wellness Counsellor registered with the ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners). I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Setswana and a Bahelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology.

In order to empower and encourage my clients in the therapeutic process, I make use of the Person-Centred approach, which is a non-directive, empathic method of counselling.

I was drawn to the wellness profession through my love for people, and a deep desire to understand emotional processes and healing, I genuinely enjoy working with people, and Ifirmly believe that through this platform I will be able to to improve the lives of everyone I come into contact with.
