I'm passionate about people, with all our uniqueness and quirkiness, but most of all, our true intrinsic and authentic self. As a Psychology graduate, I honour a professional, safe space for my clients.

I spend most of my life and time with humanitarian and Non-Profit Organisations abroad or onshore. I see a broken world and find that no matter who we are or where we came from, in this world, we will be confronted with pain and suffering, each unique to our own life story. I'm here to listen to yours and see how we can move forward towards your authentic self, facilitating positive growth for you to shine and flourish in this life.
