"The good life is a process not a state of being, it is a direction not a destination" Carl Rogers.  Person centered approach is about you discovering yourself, and all I do is give you a safe space for your journey.  You are the author of your life, and what I do is facilitate that process with you.   I am passionate about people, and I believe that emotional wellbeing is one of the most important aspects of life.
I completed my Degree in Psychology from UNISA.  I am a mother of two toddlers.
