Suzanne Esterhuyse

Hi, my name is Suzanne. 

I have a BA Honours in Psychology.  I am passionate about uplifting people by highlighting their strengths, acknowledging & accepting their weaknesses, and helping them develop a positive mindset about themselves. 

I enjoy spending time out in nature because I believe whenever there is a big question mark in any aspect of our lives, nature always has the answer and provides new perspectives. I live by the following two quotes below:

"The earth has music for those who listen."

"Nature is the greatest place to heal and recharge."

I take on a holistic combined with a person-centred approach as we embark on this journey together. I aim to provide a space for you to be 100% yourself without feeling judged, and for you to feel respected, comfortable, and safe to unpack your suitcases and store your "belongings", whether it be emotions, life experiences, and events with me (the lock & key closet).
