I have always had a deep interest in people, and I am passionate about empowering individuals to navigate personal challenges and discover their own strengths. I am sociable, approachable, and value creating genuine connections, which I believe helps clients feel comfortable and understood.

I am fluent in both Afrikaans and English, and I can conduct sessions in either language—whichever feels most comfortable for you. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace.
