As a mom of 2 teenagers, this is not my first rodeo!

I offer you empathy and tolerance in an increasingly-intolerant world. My areas of interest include grief and loss, trauma and its effects on the body, and working with children and their families.  I have a strong sense of compassion for children and teens who are neuro-diverse.
