You are worthy of happiness and peace of mind too. There is no shame in seeking help for your mental health, you are doing it for you and your loved ones. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

They say courage does not happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face questions you have been avoiding your whole life.
