Oliver Segal

My name is Oliver Segal and I am 25 years old. When I finished school, I had no idea what I wanted to do next. In my studies, psychology immediately grabbed my interest and I learned that I wanted to work in the wellness and mental health field. Over the years of my studies, I have learnt a lot about myself and I have done a lot of work on myself. 

   Things happen in life that impact us mentally, emotionally and physically, and the process of working through these things is an ongoing journey. As human beings, we need connection, especially when things get hard. I am here to accompany you on this journey, to provide a safe space to explore life experiences and support you as you work through these experiences. 

   I am passionate to work with trauma, loss and grief, substance use, teenagers and I am LGBTQIA+ friendly. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
