The journey of life can be filled with many rewarding and exciting moments. Equally true, is that the same journey can be disrupted, this disruption is sometimes painful and devastating, to a point where you find yourself alone. But you do not have to be alone, I am here for you.

My qualifications include the Bachelor of Social Science Honours in psychology and training with Humanitas are the foundation of my knowledge.

 I have also been privileged with the experience of working with young people on a Community Based Youth Programme founded by myself, that ran for a period of three consecutive years. During this period, we worked and overcame various challenges related to teenagers from different walks of life.

Over and above my passion for young people, I have also worked with adult individuals facing life challenges.

I do not have a magic wand to resolve your problems overnight however, I am committed listen without judgement, work together with you towards overcoming the obstacles that have disrupted your life and assist you to be on your way to live a reasonably happy and content life.
