My name is Mieke and I am a dedicated specialist wellness counsellor with a passion  for mental health. I have a BSocSci Honours degree in Psychology. I carry the knowledge and empathy to guide individuals on a pathway to greater emotional well-being. Like a delicate flower, I understand that mental health requires nurturing, patience, and the right conditions to bloom. My passion is to help people tend to their inner gardens, ensuring they flourish and thrive in the journey towards emotional harmony.
