A committed professional holding a Master's degree in Psychology, driven by a fervent interest in fostering employee engagement, preventing burnout, and championing holistic well-being initiatives. Studying towards a Doctorate in Psychology (PSyD) with a focus on therapeutic interventions, Psychology of Stress and Stress‑Related Disorders, Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Modalities (MiCBT).
Grounded in a robust understanding of psychological principles, dedicated to seamlessly integrating these principles into corporate programs and individual wellbeing. My passion is to help and inspire others to find hope and joy through the counselling process. I adopt a holistic perspective on wellbeing taking into account the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of each person, as well as their lived experience and how it shapes them.
Proficient in crafting customized programs, conducting surveys, and leveraging data-driven insights to develop effective strategies that bolster motivation and dedication. Offering expertise in identifying early signs of burnout and wellness imbalances, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate their occurrence and set employees up for success.
I know that life can be challenging and that we need to understand ourselves deeply and authentically to cope - as Lauren Mersy said, "Being able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health".
My approach to counselling is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and work through life's challenges.
