My name is Mbalenhle Nkosazana Dee

Im a Specialist Wellness Counsellor and a Holistic Healer,

Registered Member with ASCHP: 23/2026

                                        CC4SA: CO20959

I hold BA Hons in Psychology from UNISA, I also work as a holistic therapist/healer specialising in Gut health and Nutrition coaching for mental health, Yoga instructor and massage therapist.

I belive that a healthy childhood upbringing strengthens their emotional intelligence for a positive wellbeing of a growing adult.

Nature has proven to be a positive, safe and healthy space for a healing mind and soul, therefore getitng in touch with nature has been a great contributor in my view of how therapy can be.

My greatest passion is in:

-Children's counselling

-Grief Counselling

-Marriage Counselling

-Gut health for Mental health (incl. nutrition and exercise guidance)

-Career mapping and guidance

-Yoga and Mindfulness

We are a combination of all in one, our upbringing, our environment, what we put in our mouths and influences around us, how we take care of ourselves, what we see and what we experience. Our realities are as a result of our perception in life. We are like an elastic band with a capacity to grow, enlarge, and stretch, but with caughtion and guidance we need to learn to know how far can we go and how do we bring ourselves back to form.

Allowing the process of mertamorphosis can be hard, being in the dark space may seem daunting and deeating, but finding someone to assist in putting on the light through the darkness should not be as daunting. That is why there's bearers to assist.

I am Mbalenhle Nkosazana Dee, and I'm willing to assist.

"Your mind should be your safe haven, it is important to take care and cultivate it"
