I believe that every person knows what they want to explore, what problems are crucial to them, and what direction they are willing to go during counselling, and most of the time they just need an ear that can listen with unconditional empathy and acceptance.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the North-West University Potchefstroom campus and did my Honours in Psychology at UNISA. During my studies, I had the privilege to work with various groups of people including children, young adults, and the elderly. I believe that during every phase of your life challenges arise and I want to give each individual the empowerment to overcome their challenges in the best way that they can.
I follow a holistic counselling approach by looking at the clients' emotional, social, physical, and mental needs during all stages of life. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore where they want to go during counselling and in going there be able to uncover, discover and recover.
Through counselling, I hope to enable your individual growth by looking at all the contributing aspects and facilitating positive change for you to live a fulfilling life.
