Striving to Empower and Motivate individuals to Restore Passion, Positivity and Wellness through the Exploration of Thoughts, Emotions, Needs and Thinking Preferences. I firmly believe that mental health is as important as physical health. I further believe that when an individual is equipped with the skills to improve their own metal health, their quality of life will improve as well as their overall wellbeing. Furthermore, one of the core reasons of choosing a career in psychology is to deliver an accessible service to everyone in need. I have established a wellness counselling practice which provides face-to-face counselling in areas such as depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, NBI brain profiling and NLP life coaching. My practice also caters for and implements Employee Assistance Programs, Organisational Mental Health Strategies, and Group Psyco-educational Sessions.

After a ten year career in the mining industry, I saw and felt the need to assist individuals with their mental health journey and thus the change in career path. I have completed an Honors degree in Psychology and after completing the Humanitas Counselling Course and various others have opened a counselling practice. In the future I would like to do a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
