I'm Mandy, a Specialist Wellness Counselor with Honours in Counselling Psychology (Unisa), and corporate and teaching experience.

I offer online individual counselling for adults, teens and young adults, with special interest in trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, identity work, stress management, infertility, adoption and parenting support.
