My name is Lizelle le Grange. I have an honours in Psychology from SACAP. After completing my degree, I made the decision to further enhance my skills by undertaking a counselling course at Humanitas. My goal is to establish myself as a professional counsellor, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and emotions, while equipping them with effective coping mechanisms to navigate their daily lives with greater ease. Throughout my journey, it has always been my dream to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary tools to lead fulfilling lives. Guided by the inspiring quote, “Be the reason why someone feels included, welcomed, supported, safe, and valued”, I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space for my clients.
