Every adversity holds the potential for growth. As a counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to navigate life's challenges and explore the path that feels right for you. After many years in the corporate world, I chose to follow my passion, transitioning into counselling to support individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I believe in the power of acceptance and self-compassion, as Carl R. Rogers so beautifully expressed: 'The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.'  Together, we will work toward insight, hope, and meaningful change.
