Welcome!

I am Kimmi Kruger, a Specialist Wellness Counsellor at Humanitas. Exploring people’s stories and unique journeys is something I'm incredibly passionate about and it’s truly an honour to be invited into the lives of my clients. 

As you know, life never fails to take us on some crazy paths, and sometimes these paths get quite difficult to navigate. I believe counseling creates a space where we often surprise ourselves in discovering our great potential. By being allowed to fully express ourselves, exploring our thoughts and dreams, and coming to greater self-awareness, we gain the confidence and courage to face life's challenges head-on.

I work from a person-centered approach, which means I believe in creating a counselling relationship and experience that is built on genuineness, empathy and unconditional acceptance. In this warm, safe and empowering environment we work collaboratively to unpack and explore past and current life experiences, while also focusing on mapping out where you’re headed.
