I would like to help you in your journey in a safe non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable to be yourself and share your thoughts, emotions, and dreams.  Let me be the person that makes you feel safe enough to unpack your past and your present.  Together we can speak about what has happened, what is happening, and how to become the best version of yourself.

I have a passion for all aspects of mental health and well-being and believe that a holistic lifestyle will enable you to lead a fulfilling life.

Some of the areas I like to explore in therapy are:

I am a runner and believe that looking after your body is essential to your health and mental well-being.  We can look at a good fit with eating and exercise that complements your lifestyle. 


Communication is key to successful relationships. Effective communication allows us to form deeper relationships with our partners, families, and friends.

Community and friendship are key to mental wellness.  Let's explore ways to engage in your community and better your friendships.


This is individualistic.  We live in a multicultural, multireligious country.  Your belief and value system will be respected and encouraged.

Coping mechanisms

CM is an individual.  Well-researched CM are exercise, mindfulness/ meditation, community, nutrition, lifelong learning, spirituality, and journaling.  Let's find yours.
