Janike Britz

Hello, my name is Janike Britz. I am a dedicated counselling intern with Humanitas. I am wholeheartedly dedicated to facilitating positive change in the lives of others by offering a sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. I have a BA Honours in Psychology. I place value on creating a safe, nurturing space for clients. I aim to bring empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental attitude to every counselling session.  I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience, all while fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. As a counselling intern, I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the betterment of individuals' mental health and overall well-being.
