Hi my name is Janika

My passion for counselling began early in life and entry into the field was born out of a mixture of empathy, compassion and curiosity to understand myself as well as understanding others, to explore patterns of behaviour and their links to the past and understand the intricacies of the human mind.

I aim to provide an empathetic environment for individuals where they are able to feel heard and understood and create a safe space where individuals are able to move forward towards, healing and self acceptance.

I want to create a safe space where individuals are able to feel safe and not judged.
