Hi, I’m Isabelle. I am an intern counsellor and have an Honours degree in Psychology. I make use of a person-centred approach, which means you remain in control of your process, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a calm, judgement-free space where you can speak openly and be genuinely heard.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable; however, it's important to remember that the challenges you are facing do not have to be navigated alone. I hope that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and understood.
