I'm Carmen Gropp, a counselling intern who believes in the power of the person-centered approach. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans. With a compassionate heart and a listening ear, I  encourage my clients to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Having walked my own journey of seeking guidance and support, I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help. My personal experiences have fueled my passion for supporting others on their paths to healing and self-discovery.

In the sessions I want to create a safe space where your thoughts and feelings are honored and respected.
