Hi there!

I’m Bonita, a Specialist Wellness Counsellor and Family Law Mediatior with experience in conflict resolution and supporting divorcing couples. I hold an honours degree in psychology and work from both the Person-Centred and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy approaches

Taking the step to seek support can feel overwhelming, especially when facing challenging experiences. My role is to provide you with a warm and welcoming environment where you can safely navigate through significant life events and feel empowered to grow.

During our sessions, my aim is to create a safe space where you can express yourself freely. I am here to support you as you are, offering non-judgmental guidance to help you uncover your own insights and approach life with clarity and assurance.

I offer counselling in both English and Afrikaans and look forward to the opportunity to be your counsellor and to work together with you.
