My passion is to uplift and empower people,  to help everyone I engage with to find happiness and peace. 

I am a dedicated professional with a Commerce degree and Honours in Psychology, blending corporate, entrepreneurial, and counselling expertise to empower individuals and communities.

Beyond my professional experience, I  find fulfilment in serving others. As a wife of 25 years and a mother to two children over the age of 21, I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and active listening. I am the go-to person, friend, or acquaintance in my home and extended circle of friends and family —always ready to lend an ear and offer guidance with understanding and compassion.

I adopt a person centred approach and offer counselling in a broad range of areas and to all ages.
