Hello, I'm Audre!

I'm an intern counsellor at Humanitas. I enjoy using a person-centered approach in counselling, which means I focus on the whole person - strengths, challenges, and everything that makes up the person.

I'm passionate about building a safe and collaborative environment where clients can use their inherent resources and potential to unpack difficult experiences, understand how they feel about it, and explore what lies ahead.
