Anke Kuhn

Hi there, my name is Anke and I am a registered and experienced counsellor. I recognize your courage in seeking support, and if you resonate with me as a counsellor and a person, I will be honoured to be there alongside you, on your healing journey. 

In our sessions together I meet you where you are in your head and heart. I create a safe and sacred space, where we will collaborate to impact your life positively and healthily. A favourite quote of mine is from Gabor Maté, who expressed, "Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within".

I see healing as a complex but rewarding journey, that requires empathy towards our inner and external worlds. 

I focus on day-to-day challenges, coping skills, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma-related challenges, self-esteem, self-worth, self-care, and school and work-related challenges.
