Hi my name is Amina Bibi. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication at Varsity College. I am a dedicated counsellling intern at Humanitas, passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experience without fear of judgement. My approach in counselling settings is person centred, empathetic and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you at your own pace. I aim to help build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies and rediscover your inner strength.
