Hi, I’m Amiel.
I’m a fun, kind, and deeply caring person who genuinely loves connecting with people and hearing their stories. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, valued, and wanted, exactly as they are.

I will meet you where you are emotionally and mentally. You don’t need to be “okay,” have the right words, or know what you’re feeling yet. You can arrive just as you are. I’m not going anywhere, I’m here to build a real, trusting relationship and to walk this journey with you, step by step.

My approach to counselling is warm, human, and non-judgmental. I’m not here to fix you or rush your process. I’m here to listen, to sit with you in the hard moments, and to celebrate your growth as it unfolds. Healing happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself, and creating that safety is at the heart of my work.
