Adelaide Mosala

I am currently employed full time in the South African Military Health Services. My job offers the opportunity to interact with people from various backgrounds and worldviews. This has been a great learning and growing opportunity, which has expanded my ability to show empathy and unconditional positive regard for all people. The theory by Carl Rogers, The Person Centred theory resonates with me as I trust and believe that we all have innate ability to find solutions to our life challenges. I place high value on all people and believe in “Batho Pele” translated people first principles. This means the wellness, health and safety of clients is of utmost importance to me as an intern counsellor.
