Humanitas Campus Counsellor

Tatum Leigh Sullivan
My name is Tatum Leigh Sullivan. I am a designated Wellness Counsellor listed with the ASCHP and a Humanitas graduate. Having walked the counselling journey myself, I understand firsthand the pressures and expectations that can accompany this stage of your professional development.
I am here to walk alongside you as you step into this important next chapter of your life. My areas of focus include:
- Emotional regulation and the development of healthy coping skills
- Childhood and developmental trauma and exploring emotional healing
- Family dynamics and relational challenges and where we can find areas to foster healthier connections and boundaries
- Grief and loss of a person, a role, an identity, or even parts of one’s childhood and how we can move towards renewed stability
- Difficulties related to self-acceptance and ways to redesign your inner voice
If any part of this resonates with you, I invite you to pause and gently acknowledge it. You do not need perfect clarity or the “right” words to begin, only a willingness to show up as you are. You deserve support that feels safe, grounded, and compassionate.
I want you to feel equipped, supported, and confident as you step into your role with clients at Humanitas.
Becoming the best version of yourself as a practitioner begins with feeling secure within yourself and it would be a privilege to support you throughout your internship journey.
