In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining strong family ties can be challenging, yet the quality of your relationships profoundly shapes the quality of your life.

I have a special interest in working with teens, couples, and families, providing divorce support, navigating blended family dynamics, trauma and grief, and parental counselling.

While I come from a Pastoral background, I warmly welcome adults, teenagers (ages 12 and up), and families from all backgrounds and beliefs. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your story, be heard, and find the support you need.
