A little about me: I’m proficient in both English and Afrikaans, I enjoy being active and discovering new music genres. 

My approach is rooted in the person-centered philospohy, which emphasizes the importance of understanding and validating your experiences. I’m committed in creating an environment where you feel heard and valued, allowing us to work together toward your goals. 

With a background that includes an undergraduate degree and a BA Honours in Psychology from Varsity College, I bring both knowledge and passion to my practice.
