I aim to facilitate a safe and non-judgemental space where health and recovery is welcomed and encouraged. I assist clients as they uncover limiting beliefs and patterns, process their pain, and increase their self-awareness to make intentional change. Bringing them from where they are to where they're aligned to be.  

My goal is to provide affordable and accessible counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. I provide holistic support for a range of mental health challenges, including emotional regulation, low mood and anxiety management, identity/self-worth challenges, trauma support/recovery, personal growth, stress and burnout, interpersonal conflicts, and relationship challenges.
