I aim to facilitate a safe and non-judgemental space where health and recovery is welcomed and encouraged. I assist clients as they uncover limiting beliefs and patterns, process their pain, and increase their self-awareness to make intentional change. I offer non-clinical and non-diagnostic counselling services that focus on mental wellness through an integrated way of living.   

My goal is to provide affordable and accessible counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. I provide holistic support for a range of mental health challenges, including emotional regulation, low mood and anxiety management, identity/self-worth challenges, trauma support/recovery, personal growth, stress and burnout, interpersonal conflicts, and relationship challenges.
